Our banner looks just how I pictured it in my mind. A butterfly, to represent the thyroid--it is shaped much like a butterfly. A rainbow, as a representation of promise for the future. A heart, because that's why we're here--out of love.Forum Leadership
Who are we, the leaders of this site and forum? Where are we coming from? Where are we going? Why are we here? These are all questions that it's reasonable for us to expect people to be asking--so here we are, to answer them, each in our own way.

Since many of us have in the past been concerned about members who disappeared, CalmWaterWalker has agreed to be our official Followup Coordinator. If you disappear without saying good-bye, you may just see an email from her in your inbox!
And because this community/family has been growing in such a way, Gail has volunteered to research/organize a place for us to meet some time in 2008!
